    I’m guessing it’s some sort of neutral version of silver spoon, which can be applied to any language. Or it’s Spanish.

    Something (a course, a method) so small and easy that it “passes through” other stuff by not hitting its different parts, so you can do it in between all other tasks while hardly even noticing?
    Or perhaps Italian? (“neutrino” = “small neutral one” in Italian, according to Wikipedia)
    So maybe, what, a tiny Italian course? :]
