I truly wish I had the money to get that full package, I’m on the brink of getting that mythical thing known as a job (No small feat in my area) but my first paycheck would be after the date. ORZ I do hope you have another opening like this not too too far down the line so I can hop on that then! (and trust me I will)
Kind of conflicted on this one. On the one hand I’m only 300 kanji away from finishing Heisig and I have a spiffin’ paper-based timegrid that ensures I’ll keep on track, so I’m a bit of a poor fit for this. On the other hand, my listening immersion is a mess and I wouldn’t mind outsourcing that part of my scheduling.
As I understand it, you are only selling the full 18-month package this time? For whatever price between 1 and 2 grand it ends up being?
Right. There’s a post-RTK version in the works (for people who’ve already been through RTK1 and know kana). You’d best wait for that to come out. Sounds like it would be a better fit for you.
When will that be available? I want to do this but am also finished RTK1 already.

I was once a member of Silver Spoon but because I had to move somewhere without internet access, I canceled the reoccurring on paypal. Is there a way to pay to add more days on my account or will I have to resign up on round 10?

I am…far too cheap for this. Additionally, I’m making my way through the Kanji at my typical snail’s pace, and feel confident that, although it will take me longer than, uh, everyone else, I’ll finally get this Japanese thing down on my own.

I’m seriously tempted to sign up for this. But before I do, is there any chance you could get someone who is doing SS (who is quite far in the program, maybe like 200 days?) to write a little post about what they’ve learnt, impressions, general idea of what they’re doing, etc?
I found someone blogging about SS, but they aren’t too far into it and aren’t consistent with their posts. Might be worth a look. I’ll post more if I find them. And I’ll be posting about it on my blog as well.

I’m confused about each option plan.
If I sign up for the monthly option, and I decide that I’d rather pay for the Full package, can I change my plan afterwards?
If I try either the daily or monthly plan for a few days and decide it’s not for me, I ask for a cancellation, will I not get a refund until after 1.5 years??

That is correct. So, if you’re on the fence, I’d recommend holding off on joining for now and waiting for whatever round is running when you’re feeling more certain 😀 .
How many hours daily does SS take? Is it possible to do it for a busy (and I mean it) university student? By daily hours I mean those hours that you’re only learning japanese, not hours spent doing something else with japanese immersion (because I suppose number of the latter would be around 24 😉 ).
This is confusing but I really wanna join. haha
