Mandarin Mini-Transcript: Men In Black / I Make This Look Good

This line is pretty famous, and needs little background explanation. It’s from the part in Men In Black where J (Will Smith) says to K (Tommy Lee Jones):

“You know the difference between you and me? I make this look good.”
知道你和我之間的區別嗎?我穿這更帥!

Audio: 我穿這更帥

Nice find 🙂 I think the English is cooler though!

Is that the same voice that did Will Smith in Hitch? It sounds familiar. The same guys did Mandarin dubs for all of the Lethal Weapon series.

I feel like the Chinese would be more true to the original if he said something like 我穿著才帥 … 更 (to me, a NNS) implies that Tommy Lee Jones still makes the suit look good, just not as good as Will Smith.
